This blog will be a place for me to share one of my hobbies, my crochet.

I first tried crocheting about 6 years ago, at the time I was more into knitting, and if i'm honest, I found crochet hard. I couldn't get used to having my working yarn in my left hand. I carried on knitting, which I used to do the way my grandmother had shown me as a child, I believe it's referred to as the English method.

After a year or so I learned how to knit continentally, and after another year I picked up crochet again. Having now been knitting with my working yarn in my left hand for the last year I found crochet so much easier this time around. From there you could say I was 'hooked' (I'm not even sorry for the pun).

My shop is now officially open, there will be a limited number of bespoke handmade items available, each item will be shipped within one week and my prices include the shipping. If you see something and want it in a different colour then drop me an email - I may take a little longer to make something from scratch - and factoring in time for me to order the materials.
